Tour cost includes: Our tour program's are Dhaka-to-Dhaka basis and our quoted rate are mentioned about any extra charge as indicated as per itinerary for Transfers, Accommodation, Meals, Govt- Taxes, Guide and Sightseeing. Anybody is interested to visit Bangladesh with our tour programme from abroad, shall have to pay extra cost of accommodation and meals before the tour.
Pricing: Quoted tour prices include planning, handling and operational charges and are based on the current rate of exchange and tariffs. In the event of a marked change in foreign exchange rates, fuel costs or tariff rates etc. Tour costs are subject to revision. Babylon Tours & Travels reserves the right to vary itineraries and prices, and to substitute facilities and hotels of equal or better quality if necessary. Air fares and reservations are subject to change until final payment is received.
Pickup & Drop: Your nominated point is our pickup & drop.
Group Size: We need minimum one adult to operate any trip. We can arrange tour for any group size.
Group Reservations: If your reservation is made for a group, the person submitting the reservation form must have authorization from all participants listed.
Essential for Foreigner: For Sundarban and Hill tracts tour we need the photocopy of passport of each tourist well in advance.
Reservations: Reservations should be E-mailed or Faxed at our office. Please fill up our reservation from as per your requirement. We will revert you the booking position immediately.
Booking: Trips can be arranged according to your convenient date. Booking has to be made 15 days before journey and 50% advance payment before15 days. On urgent trip like day sightseeing, it is possible to make booking over telephone or directly at our office in person.
Payment: While confirming booking of a tour 50% payment has to be made in advance favoring us and the rest 50% to be paid within 3 days or 96 hours before trip.
Child Discount: Consult with our Tour Consultant.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- If inform 07 Days before Commencement of the journey = 10% will be charged
- If inform 05 Days before Commencement of the journey = 50% will be charged
- If inform Less than 04 Days or 96 hours of the journey = No amount of money will be refunded
Responsibility: Babylon Tours & Travels will be responsible for the operation of the tour and excursions as mentioned in our tour itinerary under the normal situation. So for personal accident, sickness, loss of baggage during the tour, delay or cancellation of air flight any political problem, unforeseen weather etc, creating unusual situation to conduct a tour, BTT shall not be directly responsible on the contrary will be responsible to extend all possible assistance in over coming these problems. But the guest must pay any extra cost incurred due to these problems. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any tour should condition warrant such action in our opinion. Should such situation arise a full refund will be made. BTT, reserves the right to accept or refuse any participant as a member of the tour.
Note: No refund or reduction will be made to any tour member in respect of airfare, Accommodation, Meals, sightseeing tour or any other services which are included in the tour cost but not utilized by the tour member for any reasons whatsoever like illness etc.
Accommodation will be providing as per itinerary. In case of requiring a single occupancy, he shall have to pay single supplement charge.
Cost: Cost per person will be depending on group size.
Health & Fitness: We BTT recommend you visit your doctor and dentist before your tour. Older participants or those with preexisting medical conditions may require a letter from a doctor, and must supply full details at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel and refund your deposit at our discretion. On tour, you are under the authority of the tour leader, who has the right to determine your suitability to continue or your level of activity
Liability: Babylon Tours & Travels accepts no liability for cancellations, delays or changes that are caused by war, threat of war, airport closures, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical transport problems, staff cancellations, negligence or other events or acts and omissions by others (including our tour guides and accommodation providers) beyond our control; participants' medical or psychiatric conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the tour; loss of or damage to any personal property of the participants.
Tour Modification: Babylon Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify or substitute appropriate alternative tour itineraries or arrangements that may become necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.
Tour Membership: Tour membership is available to all travelers and will not be withheld if the tour operator can furnish special requirements that an individual may need. Should meeting these requirements materially add to the tour operator's cost, the Tour Member would be expected to pay these additional costs? The Tour Director retains the right to terminate the membership of any member displaying disruptive behavior, endangering fellow members, the interfering with the operations of the tour
If You Have A Complaint: If you have a problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. your hotel) immediately. Should they be unable to resolve the matter, please contact BTT, either through the office where you made your arrangements, or through emailing to: complain@babylonbd.com.
Passport, Visa and Immigration Requirements: It is your responsibility to fulfill the passport, visa and other immigration requirements applicable your itinerary. You should confirm these with the relevant High Commissions, embassies and consulates. We do not accept any responsibility in the case of you being unable to travel due to complying with any such requirements.
